A great place to shop

I really only have one place that I shop for my Metaphysical needs. Deep Woods Apothecary
The Owners name is Mindy, and has been an acquaintance of mine for many years. She really knows what she is talking about, and what she has to sell. She was also always very patient and willing to explain or answer questions. As you can see on her home page, she keeps all her herbs well stocked.
I highly recommend Deep Woods for any of your shopping and perusing desires.

I am very glad to hear it. I was heart broken when she closed her doors several years ago, now that she has re-opened the shop I know that there is at least one place of refuge that will never judge any one.
If you are every in Texas, and in the D.F.W. area it will be well worth your time to stop in and say hello.

There was this little shop in Phoenix called Two Hawks that I used to love going to. It was ran by several women and they were always extremely helpful when I had questions about a certain item I needed. They had a whole wall of herbs, so I never had trouble finding something I needed for a spell. They taught classes and held workshops in their store, and they also let local artists sell their work there as well, they even sold some of my fantasy art there for a while. =) They made their own items as well, one did jewelery, one did stuff for the S.C.A...and I always found neat little things to take home when I went there.

The last I'd heard was that they had shut down their store in favor of going to a strictly online storefront, though they still had booths at festivals. You can find their website here: http://www.twohawksherbs.com/
